Shipment

 

We currently provide two ways of shipment, “Standard Shipping” and “Updated Shipping”.

 

Standard Shipping:

 

We use a global post service to arrange your parcel shipment. In other words, your parcel will be delivered by your countries’ national post department.

 

Updated shipping:

 

In this method, your parcel will be sent via DHL or UPS commercial express (Only these countries are available: USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand). Please make sure your consignee address and contact phone # are 100% correct if you choose this method.

How many days to arrive

 

For standard shipping: Normally it will arrive in the UK, Norway, France, Germany, Ukraine, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Russia, Israel, Saudi Arabia & US areas in about 6-10 days.

 

If your country is not listed above, we suggest to choose updated DHL or UPS express instead.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Return & Exchange

 

You can return the product when you receive it in 30 days. For personalized items, we don’t accept a return.

 

Because all of our products are 100% handmade with full customization, we don’t accept any exchange.

 

If it’s not a personalized item and there’s no quality or design problem, you need it to be returned, you’re liable for all the freight. Making sure the goods in perfect conditions.

 

If you’re facing problems below, we’ll be at our own expense to send you a new one or have you fully refunded.

 

  • Wrong designs (Usually this term works with customization requests).

  • Broken ones. (Flyhigh1995 guarantees you with 100% that all our goods are in a perfect situation the moment sending out to you. But once you received a broken. Please refer to term 4 below).

  • Shape much too different from the picture and description.

  • Lost or meeting the above 3 terms (Please allow us 1-2 working days to negotiate with the shipping carrier). You will have a timely reply while we finish within this period. And we’ll make advances for you without any further delay after we get confirmation from the shipping carrier.

  • The texture and color difference is not included in the above¹.
